A lot of people ask what’s involved in our job. So here’s just a snippet 👀

Some before & progress pics of the Skye SA job.
Project has involved:

- Architectural drawings, engineering & council submissions
- Decommissioning of the existing rear structure incl electrical, plumbing & structural.
- Demolition
- Diversion of rainwater & relocation of tanks
- Temporary relocation of water heater
- Building a temporary wall for the garage so to provide security and make it all weather
- Earthworks, removal of approx 100 tonne of rock & soil. Trenching, boring, new pad prep etc.
- Strip footings & piers caged & reinforced, then poured.
- Final base levels completed and pad compacted.
- 2m high concrete upstand retaining walls form work then poured.
- Slab poured
- Retaining wall backfilled & levelled for conc path & steps
- Conc path & steps poured

Allow for slab to cure, workshop drawings complete, steel fab commenced, steel arrives on site, we get to work with the construction of the new structure, built by our sister company No Bull Sheds Aust 💪🏼👷🏽‍♂️

SA Family Owned Building & Maintenance business requiring MULTI-SKILLED Labourers / tradespeople.

Location: We have a current need for multi-skilled labourers and tradespeople in the Adelaide area. All of the work requires travel to local sites, and on occasions, to regional SA.

Work will be site based and will be in direct contact with the business principle.

Work includes, but isn’t limited to:
Shed & Garage building; First and Second fix carpentry; Decking, pergolas & carport building; Plasterboard install and finishing; Numerous residential & commercial maintenance duties; Minor Demolition & site prep.

Whilst a trade qualification is not essential, you will need to be multiskilled, have industry experience and have recommendations and/or reviews, and be safe work aware. You will need to be able to work independently and without supervision.

Requirements: You must be physically fit, well presented, have your own vehicle & have a willingness to work to a high standard.

Some of our clients will request a National Police Clearance.
