🔧 What we’re looking for:
✔ Physically fit and ready for DIDO work
✔ Willingness to work in remote locations and tough conditions
✔ A great attitude and team-first mindset
✔ HR Licence preferred (or willing to obtain)
✔ Current HA Assessment / Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
✔ Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
✔ Previous experience a bonus – but not essential

We're proud to share that our team at Torque Drilling Management recently completed an annular diverter training course led by Rhys Clarke from Tiger Fluids.

The training helps drilling crews, supervisors, geologists and safety teams build the knowledge and confidence to manage well control risks on site. It covers key areas like annular systems, diverters, BOP equipment and practical troubleshooting skills.

At Torque Drilling Management, safety is more than a priority—it’s a core value. We're constantly investing in training to ensure our people are prepared, informed, and supported in the field.
