Tomkins has proudly delivered Rockpool, Rainbow Bay – a coastal icon in one of Australia’s most exclusive beachfront locations 🌊✨

Positioned above the legendary Snapper Rocks surf break, Rockpool offers just 21 full-floor residences, designed for absolute luxury and privacy. With sweeping ocean views and refined interiors, it’s no surprise it's attracted plenty of attention. 🏄‍♂️🌴

With new owners settling in and the final touches complete, Rockpool is a landmark achievement for the Tomkins team.

Steady progress being made at .

Over the past few weeks, the first tower crane has now been demobilised, while the second crane remains to support the upper-level works still ahead.

Around the building, the scaffolding is being progressively removed, maintaining safe access where needed. Crane and scaffold demobilisation marks a significant milestone, with the tower now visible from the Kangaroo Point surrounds.

Inside the building, fitout is in full swing with every trade contributing to the next stage of delivery. Progress you can see – and soon step inside.

Looking back at this standout project at the Australian Catholic University, Building T marked a turning point in the growth of the Brisbane Campus. Delivered in just 43 weeks, the 6,000m² greenfield development brought commercial-level complexity into the education space.

From post-tensioned slabs and glazed curtain walls to cutting-edge mechanical & electrical systems, this project was led by some of our most experienced team members, reflecting the standard Tomkins brings to technically advanced builds.

Building T received the QLD Master Builders Award for Education Facility over $5M in 2015.

Flashback to 2021 when Tomkins delivered the Provence Centre for Iona College in Wynnum West – our 27th project in the education sector.

This standout multipurpose facility features 2,400sqm of space, seating for 2,500, two competition-ready basketball and volleyball courts, plus a 400m running track.

🎞️ Friday Flashback! From empty tenancy to immersive showroom, the Brickworks Design Studio in Fortitude Valley is proof that the building can be the display.

Brickworks Design Studio challenged us to integrate product, architecture and user experience under one roof. By embedding precast panels, pavers and timber elements directly into walls, floors and joinery, we turned samples into structure. Working within a live retail environment, the project team sequenced night works, coordinated design tweaks on-site and handed over a flexible venue that now hosts both industry functions and intimate client workshops.
