Welcome back 2024 to all our families, friends, trades, suppliers, clients and followers! Hope everyone had a safe and happy break. Our painters are back into it, finishing off a double storey custom home in North Kellyville for us, that’s at completion stage!

Our thoughts and prayers to Cheryl, Neil, Gary, Colin and all the extended Billyard families as they mourn the incredibly humble and no doubt one of the best builders in the Hills District!

Arthur was not only an outstanding builder, taking out many awards through MBA and HIA and The Hills Building Awards, he was a father, a grandfather, a brother, an absolute gentleman!

Arthur personally helped me in so many ways throughout my life, not just building, in valuable life lessons that I can carry on today!

He had the eyes of an eagle and you couldn’t get anything past him on site! He could park in the middle of the street in his commodore ute and block the street off, because he built the street too and no one would dare ask him to move his ute 🤣🤣

I’m not alone when I say Thank you, for everything you did for myself and my family and all the peoples lives you’ve touched, you will be missed!!!! Fly like an eagle Arthur 🙏❤️

Our quality and little extra touch’s is something that we pride ourselves on. One of our custom builds in kellyville was recently handed over and I wasn’t happy with the clients having to look out their kitchen window into a fence so I organised our team paint their existing red fence and to install a green wall as part of our build so the owners have one less thing to worry about with the stresses involved in having to move house!
