Last Tool box talk for the 2023 calendar year. It has been one massive year and thanks to all the amazing staff for putting in the Mahi. We have had some amazing signings to the team, started an electrical side and employed our first electrical apprentice. We have tendered and won some big contracts/projects and we are still just getting started. Bring on the 2024 season. There’s a lot in store so watch this space. To all our contracted clients, we are here for you 24/7 over the Christmas break. Stay safe on the roads and enjoy the holidays with friends and family. Thank you to all our valued clients and customers. We are excited for what’s to come and I hope you are to 🫡 🎅

Berry Air are looking for a casual junior receptionist to join our team 2-3 days a week.
You will be supporting our current part time receptionist in their role at our air-conditioning company.

We are a small family-owned refrigeration and air-conditioning business based in the sunshine coast. We serve both domestic and commercial clients with our team of 8 technicians.

Job duties include:
· Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
· Receiving deliveries
· Opening callouts in our SimPro system
· Contacting and ordering from suppliers
· Maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets
· Ordering office supplies as needed

About you:
· Bright and social person
· Strong written and oral communication
· Ability to take initiative with tasks
· Experience using basic computer applications such as MS office
· Availability Tuesday and Thursdays and possibly one other day a week (this day can be flexible)

Commencement to start asap.

And that’s a wrap. 14 splits in two days. Had a call from one of our clients asking for assistance with an aged care facility in Bundaberg. The service VRF system of 14 rooms had broken down with no alternative to fix. Mike and Jack answered the call with Mike from Newday Electrical running our feeds. It was a massive effort from the team and the elderly residents were very pleased to have cool rooms leading into this scorching summer. Enjoy the holidays everyone. Remember to smile and be kind to one another, especially on the roads.
