Some great information below from the QBCC regarding the differences between a licensed contractor vs a handyman 👨🏻‍🔧

At Grand Additions we pride ourselves on providing high quality workmanship, service and knowledge. We cannot compete against handyman pricing, because we are not handymen, we are licensed builders 🏠

Although, we still think we’re pretty handy in the kitchen, even if our wives don’t agree 👨‍🍳

We are often asked what the difference is between a licensed contractor and a handyman. 🤔

There are many ways a handyman can help you out around your house. However, for projects valued over $3,300, you are required to work with a licensed contractor.
