Rig 1— 365 days RFI free.
A full year without a recordable injury is something worth recognising.
It comes down to the people on the ground every day, looking out for each other, speaking up when something isn’t right, doing the little things properly and maintaining the standard when no one is watching.

We got the crews together at the Condamine Gun Club to mark the occasion, have a bit of friendly competition and enjoy an afternoon away from the rig. A big thanks to the team at Gun Club for having us.
They looked after everyone and put on a great afternoon.

Most importantly, well done to everyone who has been part of Rig 1 over the past 12 months.
There’s been plenty of work done and plenty of challenges along the way. 365 days RFI free is a result the whole crew can be proud of.

Now we keep building on it.
Good crew…… Safe crew…… Higher standards!

A huge thank you to Theo Venter for recently spending time with our crews and leaders at Nitschke Energy.
Theo’s story, message and delivery were incredibly powerful - raw, emotional, honest and spoken straight from the heart. You could feel the room fully engaged from start to finish, and the feedback from our teams has been overwhelmingly positive.
His six key lessons around personal accountability, trusting your gut, taking the time to pause, and understanding your “Why” really resonated with our people. While confronting at times, the session was also inspiring, uplifting and left everyone with something meaningful to take away.
A big thank you also to Origin Energy for their support and involvement in the day.
Theo’s message reinforced something important for all of us - safety is not just a procedure or policy… it’s personal. 👏
