We would like to recognise Scott Lilley on reaching 5 years of service with Nitschke Energy.
Scott is one of our Rig Managers and has been a big part of our operations over the past 5 years.
His experience, leadership and commitment to his crews have made him an integral part of the team.
Lilley is always willing to get in and help where needed and takes a lot of pride in making sure the job gets done safely and properly.

As one of our Drillers, Des leads crews, getting the job done safely and keeping the rigs running.
It's not always an easy job, but he's always willing to roll up his sleeves and get on with it.

A huge thank you to Theo Venter for recently spending time with our crews and leaders at Nitschke Energy.
Theo’s story, message and delivery were incredibly powerful - raw, emotional, honest and spoken straight from the heart. You could feel the room fully engaged from start to finish, and the feedback from our teams has been overwhelmingly positive.
His six key lessons around personal accountability, trusting your gut, taking the time to pause, and understanding your “Why” really resonated with our people. While confronting at times, the session was also inspiring, uplifting and left everyone with something meaningful to take away.
A big thank you also to Origin Energy for their support and involvement in the day.
Theo’s message reinforced something important for all of us - safety is not just a procedure or policy… it’s personal. 👏

Thanks once again to Nitschke Energy and Origin Energy for their continued support of our club. Rig team members held a day enjoying everything our club has to offer, including the many improvements their support has contributed to. Some cracking shots amongst the crew, with our members having to switch the targets to Continental just to make us feel better !!

Recently we celebrated Mark Davis reaching his 5-year anniversary with Nitschke Energy.
Mark’s commitment, professionalism, and steady presence have made a real impact across our operations, and we thank him for his loyalty and contribution over the past 5 years.
Well done Mark, here’s to many more ahead!

We also took the opportunity to wish Solo Rima all the very best in his future endeavours.
Solo has made the tough decision to step away from the oil and gas industry and pursue a new career path.
Solo, you were more than just a work colleague to many of the boys, you were a mate, and you will be dearly missed.
