Big transformation on this one 💪

Started off with a nightmare — broken pipes leaving us with wet, unstable ground. Had to export all the contaminated material before we could even think about building it up right.

✔️ Imported clean fill to bring levels up
✔️ Installed concrete sleeper retaining walls
✔️ Bored piers throughout for a solid foundation
✔️ Prepped with rock base ready for concrete
✔️ Removed the old driveway
✔️ Laid crushed rock for the new concrete finish

Another quality job done the right way from the ground up.

Retaining Wall Completed ✔️

Just finished up this retaining wall using Bluegum hardwood sleepers to support and level out this new parking area.

Bluegum is a great choice for retaining walls — extremely durable, dense, and built to handle the Australian conditions, making it perfect for long-term structural support.

This job included:
• Site cut and preparation
• Installation of heavy duty steel uprights
• Bluegum hardwood sleeper installation
• Backfilling and compaction
• Final gravel pad ready for use

The result is a clean, solid retaining wall that opens up a huge usable flat area on the property.

Good to have this one all completed!
From the start having to blast some unwanted rock for our footings
To then laying the blocks for the retaining wall and then finishing it off with a backfill and cut to have it all ready for the concrete to be done for the new tennis court

Finally getting somewhere on this yallourn job, little set back having found an old septic overflow had been leaking into the ground, then having to pull 180m3 out to find solid ground to then have to put 400m3 of fill in to start this retaining wall

Old grass all dug out and removed, New topsoil placed down and 61sqm of kikuyu layed

Been a busy week getting this one across the line.
Full transformation installing new retaining wall then raising the backyard with 12m of clean fill, then all top soiled and new turfed layed!

Perfect time to be doing these sort of projects with this warmer weather around the corner helping everything grow
