A little sneak peek from last Thursday when our battery order decided to ghost us and the supplier really hit dnd.

This is the reality of small business life. This is what being the “little guy” in such a huge industry can look like. No matter what challenge we face, we are HERE for it, we are GRATEFUL and we will always turn up for our customers.

I invited the Boss Man out to a property yesterday to help map out a specialty solar and battery job.

My key takeaways:
• His driving makes me carsick
• He’s suspiciously smart for a man who forgot to unpack the dishwasher again this morning

In all seriousness though, it was very cool to see Mitchell in action. I was low-key in awe of his knowledge, attention to detail and the way he considered every part of the system to personalise it for the family and their property.

The passion he showed for building the best possible setup to genuinely support the electrical needs of the family while also balancing the finer details was pretty impressive to watch.
