Position Vacant - Trainee Labourer

We are currently looking for a hard-working and reliable employee to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist in a wide range of construction tasks, support the team where needed on site, and to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general duties including site clean-up, moving materials, and preparing work areas.
• Assisting with lifting, carrying and basic tool use.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Follow instructions from the supervisor and work collaboratively with other team members.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and site rules.
• Assist with basic construction tasks such as demolition and setting up temporary structures.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethics, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• White card or willingness to obtain one.
• Must have a valid Manual driver's licence and vehicle.

This position would suit a hands on person interested in carpentry or mechanical trades.
