We were recently contacted by a customer after they had an unfortunate experience with a previous installer, where the wood heater installation had not been completed to an acceptable standard.

Our team stepped in to rectify the project, carefully removing the existing heater, widening the brick fireplace opening, completing new structural brickwork for strength and support, plastering the surrounding area to seamlessly blend with the existing home, and constructing a custom concrete hearth.

We then reinstalled the heater with a premium fully insulated room-sealed flue system to ensure both performance and compliance.

A huge thank you to all the trades involved who helped bring this project together. It was a fantastic team effort, and we're proud of the end result.
