We took on the challenge of addressing flooring issues at a Startrack Delivery Centre. Covering a sizable area of 1600 m2, the goal was to increase the lifespan of the existing slab. This was achieved by repairing floor cracks using a durable, wear-resistant concrete floor topper. The chosen solution met the project scope of quick installation as we were required to carry out the work during non-business hours to accommodate the client's requirements.

Our project based in Penfield is nearing completion, and the team are preparing for the final stages. They have been working hard, and we're excited to see the vision come to life. Second fix carpentry, ceilings and painting completed, internal plumbing has been installed, and all second fix electrical complete. The focus is now on external works, including landscaping, fencing, kerbing and carpark works.

We're firing on all cylinders over at our Paddocks project and making significant strides. With just a few weeks remaining until handover, the team are well on the way to completing this build. The flushing process continues, with some rooms already topped out and sanded. The final touches on openings and reveals are complete, ceilings are being sheeted throughout, and the feature ceiling is underway. Doors have started to be hung, and trenching work is underway on the football oval to lay the groundwork for gas, fire, and water mains out to the road.

The team at our Yalumba project has been working tirelessly to bring this project to life, and we're excited to see it take shape. The T bar ceiling has been installed, painting works have been completed, plumbing and electrical second fix installations have been finished, the vinyl flooring has been successfully completed, and finishing touches, such as grab rails, signs, and door hardware, have been installed. While the building's interior is nearing completion, external works remain, and we're confident that these final touches will provide a great final result.

Giant leaps forward at our Sands on Sellick's project; as we gear up for client inspections, we can't wait to showcase the incredible work that's been done. Bitumen has been laid; soft linings are complete; joinery and stone have been finalised; second fix services are nearing completion; carpet, timber, and parquetry flooring have been installed, and all wet areas are finished. Another significant milestone is removing the temporary Post Office hut from the front of the site; its removal will pave the way for completing the remaining civil, bitumen, landscaping, and irrigation works.
