Sam’s Vantage 33 is officially on the ground in Kyabram!

Working alongside New Home Consultant, Bruno, Sam made a few thoughtful tweaks to personalise the design and better suit his lifestyle. By removing the study nook and moving the laundry, we were able to create a more spacious walk-in pantry - practical changes that make a big difference to everyday living.

With 9 years in the new home sales industry, Vanessa brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping families find a home that truly fits their lifestyle. We chucked Vanessa in the hot seat to help you get to know her better… here’s what she said:

What’s a must-have in your dream home?
Mud room for the kiddos’ stuff, a BIG laundry bench and a grand outdoor living space as we love being outside in the warmer weather as a family.

What do you enjoy most about selling new homes?
Being at the beginning stages with all our customers and helping them find a home that truly fits their needs and seeing the excitement and joy when they envision their future there. Being part of such an important milestone and helping turn their dream into reality is incredibly fulfilling and such a privilege to be a part of.

What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
I get up at 4am each day to go to the gym with my husband. We have three busy children that we are glorified Uber drivers for however we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is the year of St. Kilda Football Club...surely 🥴🫣. I have been the junior football president for the past three years at Echuca United Football Club.

Current home trend you’re loving?
I’m loving the move towards multigenerational homes and flexible living spaces that a functional for years to come. A home that can adapt to differing stages of their lives – whether that is having elderly parents live with them or older children staying home longer. A home office, a gym/yoga space, a guest room or a kids retreat/multi-purpose room.

One thing you can’t live without?
Are you sure just one… our three busy busy children of course and I LOVE coffee and cocktails ☕🍸

What’s your guilty pleasure?
Dessert….such a sweet tooth! 🧁

Shirley & Brian’s modified Sanctuary 3.2+ shows just how good downsizing can be. A smaller 3-bedroom home that somehow still feels incredibly spacious, helped by those beautiful 2700mm ceilings throughout.

The colours and selections in this home are stunning! Everything works so nicely together and really brings a warm, homely feel to each space.
