So... to be honest I’m pretty slack at posting stuff, actually - semi appalling!! But today we did a small job in Melbourne - one of those pesky ones that takes forever to get around to. And tonight I got this great message;
Hi John. I just got the kids to bed and popped up to look at the windows. They’re super! They look great and they open and close like a dream; they’ve 👎 done that before. And upstairs was so neat and tidy! The team have done a really fab job. Thanks so much. Adrian
So... thanks Adrian for taking the time to give this feedback. I’ll show the team tomorrow! How good is life when we can work with each other instead of against each other!
I’ve got a great crew - I’m very lucky, and a slowly growing list of customers that send messages like this one.
