Overnight turnaround to keep the customer moving. ⚙️

Picked up this bucket pin in the afternoon, machined it down to the required size in-house, and it’ll be back with the customer first thing in the morning.

Having machining capability alongside our fabrication and repair work means we can turn jobs like this around quickly and keep downtime to a minimum.

Custom built from the ground up. 🔧

A recently completed custom truck tray and canopy package, designed and fabricated in-house by the Henry’s Fabrication team.

This build was all about creating a complete setup to suit the truck, its equipment and how it needs to work in the field.

⚙️ Custom mounted water tank
⚙️ Pumps & hose reels installed
⚙️ Complete plumbing system fitted and connected
⚙️ Equipment positioned and integrated to create a practical, purpose-built setup

Rather than making the equipment fit an off-the-shelf solution, we built the solution around the equipment.

From fabrication through to equipment installation and final fit-out — all completed as one package.

This custom 16-metre aluminium access ramp has been fabricated in-house by the Henry’s Fabrication team as part of a larger package of five access ramps.

Complete with aluminium checker plate flooring and custom fabricated handrail systems, built to suit the requirements of the project.
