Fun little project at home it will be a nice little cabinet welded up for some fire wood. Every time I want to light the fire pit and unwind it’s all wet wood.
I will keep the rustic tin theme and make a double opening doors then plan some yummy grapes to grow along the fence and over the cat run.
Long term goals I suppose.

Sometimes those small jobs get to be rather big.
re hanging some wrought iron laser cut gates between the wet weather dog digging deep next to the post to escape and kids swinging of it then opening it fell out 20mm enough to not latch the coded latch.
So let the welding and grinding begin.

I know we keep talking about this but check out the cab tilt the tracks are planted firmly with the bank and the machine weight is shifted perfectly, making it possible to lift this tank in place on its pad.
Yes the lifting Jib, hook , shackle and strap are rated tagged in date and on our lifting register to comply with all “sops” and laws.

Here was a nice driveway make over.
First leveling off and channeling the water off where needed bit hard to see in pictures but preparation is everything in this industry.
Then compacting rocking and leveling the new 20mm crush rock driveway.

Trenching made easy with the VDS tilt cab the ability to counter weight and level the whole machine not like a simple “tilt bucket” it is a complete game changer for keeping a perfect trench and leveling.
I have been working with a kabota 1.7t lately and absolutely struggle with out the controls power and ability I have on our Wacker Nueson 2t excavator. Using only the best equipment for a superior job.

How good does the honey granet cut stair treads look. 🤩 They are definitely worth their weight in rock 😜 they look amazing.

The whole entire job and finish all comes down to the first tread measure twice dig once. Setting the large garnet rock on a solid concrete mix base ensuring the last the test of time allowing nothing to chance just get it done right the first time.
Believe it or not this job took 1 good day to get these stairs perfect.

The next visit to this job was to construct a rock wall with the surrounding garden to landscape with highland slate rocks

Matching rock types is always tricky but these 2 go hand in hand.
Will keep posted with more progress pics as time progresses can’t wait untill plant out time maybe some moss😍

Just an FYI the cut treads are 170mm high 750mm deep and approximately 1.4 wide
Expensive but “WOW” worth it it actually is comparative price to nice timber in the same dimensions but will never give the hassles of long jeopardy and never age.
And yes all of our lifing straps hooks policies and procedures are up to date and compliant. Fully insured and licence accordingly ready to go on any site.
