𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 (𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐂) - 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐀𝐆𝐌) 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Premier University Robotics Club (PURC) was successfully held, marking a significant milestone as the club hosted the 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 alongside the 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞. The meeting brought together respected faculty members, mentors, former committee members, and the newly appointed committee members. It served as an important platform to welcome the new leadership team, share valuable experiences, celebrate past milestones, and discuss the club’s future direction and upcoming plans.
𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐡 – 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐯𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐬 Dipta, 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭
The President delivered the opening remarks by warmly welcoming everyone and congratulating the newly appointed committee members. He shared his vision and strategic plans for PURC and expressed confidence that the new team will work collaboratively to take the club to greater heights.

𝐃𝐑. 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐇𝐈𝐃 𝐌𝐃. 𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐅 𝐈𝐐𝐁𝐀𝐋, Special Guest and Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, encouraged the new committee to carry out their responsibilities with dedication while maintaining strong coordination with the department.
𝐓𝐔𝐓𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐊, Special Guest, Associate Professor & Chairman, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Chief Advisor of Premier University Robotics Club, delivered an inspiring speech and engaged with committee members through a short Q&A session, offering valuable advice and encouragement.
𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐚, Session Chair, Lecturer, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Mentor of Premier University Robotics Club, shared thoughtful insights and encouraged the committee to focus on innovation, teamwork, and meaningful initiatives that will benefit students.
𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧, Honorable Faculty Lecturer, shared highly motivational insights with the students, emphasizing the growth of robotics activities and urging the incoming committee to keep pushing the boundaries of innovation.
𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐬
𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐚, Former President, shared his experiences from the previous term and extended his best wishes to the new committee. During his speech, he proudly highlighted the club's past achievements, major milestones, successful competition participations, and other breakthrough moments from his tenure. He formally handed over important club software and hardware documents to the new President as part of the transition process.

To honor their outstanding leadership, dedicated service, and invaluable contributions to the club during their tenure, special farewell appreciation crests were presented to the core members of the outgoing 7th Executive Committee:

The meeting concluded with productive discussions, valuable guidance from faculty mentors, and strong encouragement for the newly formed committee. With continued support from the university, faculty mentors, and all PURC members, the 8th Executive Committee looks forward to organizing impactful activities, competing at the highest levels, and further strengthening the Premier University Robotics Club community.
