LED Chip Mounter (SMT Machine)
LED PCB-এর উপর LED Chip, Resistor, IC, Capacitor ইত্যাদি অত্যন্ত নির্ভুলভাবে বসানোর জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। এটি PCB Assembly-এর প্রধান মেশিন।

Reflow Oven
SMT Machine দিয়ে PCB-তে Component বসানোর পর solder paste গলিয়ে Component-গুলো PCB-এর সাথে স্থায়ীভাবে solder করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়।

PCB Cutting / Depanelizer Machine
বড় PCB Panel থেকে নির্দিষ্ট মাপের ছোট ছোট LED PCB আলাদা করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। এতে PCB-এর edge পরিষ্কার থাকে এবং damage কম হয়।

LED Driver PCB Making / SMT Machine
LED bulb-এর Driver PCB তৈরি ও Component mounting-এর জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। বিভিন্ন watt-এর LED Driver তৈরিতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Automatic Bulb Assembly Machine
LED/IPS bulb-এর PCB, driver, housing, diffuser, cap ইত্যাদি একসাথে assembly করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। উৎপাদন দ্রুত ও consistent করে।

Laser Printing / Marking Machine
Bulb-এর উপর Brand Name, Model, Watt, Voltage, Batch Number, Manufacturing Date ইত্যাদি স্থায়ীভাবে print/mark করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়।

Ultrasonic Welding Machine
Bulb-এর plastic body/diffuser-এর অংশ শক্তভাবে জোড়া লাগানোর জন্য ultrasonic vibration ব্যবহার করে। Glue ছাড়াই সুন্দর ও শক্ত joint তৈরি করা যায়।

Cooling & Aging Test Rack
তৈরি করা bulb নির্দিষ্ট সময় চালিয়ে Aging/Burn-in Test করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। এতে defective bulb, overheating ও early failure শনাক্ত করা যায়।

Power Supply / Driver Testing Machine
LED Driver-এর Input/Output Voltage, Current, Power, Power Factor ও protection-related parameter পরীক্ষা করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়।

Integrating Sphere – Lumen Test System
LED bulb-এর Lumen, CCT/Color Temperature, CRI, Watt ও Light Performance পরীক্ষা করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। Quality control-এর জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

Battery Spot Welding Machine
IPS bulb-এর Lithium-ion/LiFePO₄ battery pack তৈরি করার সময় battery cell-এর সাথে nickel strip spot welding করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়।

Battery Aging & Charging Rack
IPS bulb-এর battery charge/discharge, capacity, charging performance ও aging test করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়।

Power Coating / Heat Sink Making
LED bulb-এর aluminium/plastic heat-sink বা অন্যান্য housing অংশ তৈরি/finish করার কাজে ব্যবহার হতে পারে। Aluminium heat-sink-এর ক্ষেত্রে extrusion/finishing equipment প্রয়োজন হতে পারে; powder coating আলাদা finishing process।

Injection Molding Machine
LED/IPS bulb-এর plastic body, cap, diffuser-related plastic parts, housing ইত্যাদি injection molding-এর মাধ্যমে তৈরি করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়।

Raw Material Mixing & Recycling System
Plastic raw material যেমন PC/PP ইত্যাদি mixing, drying ও প্রয়োজন হলে scrap recycling করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। বড় production-এর ক্ষেত্রে বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

Air Compressor & Accessories
Pneumatic assembly machine, cylinder, automation system ও বিভিন্ন pneumatic tool চালানোর জন্য compressed air সরবরাহ করে।

Soldering Station, Multimeter, Screwdriver, Testing Jig, Fixture, Conveyor, Work Table, DC Power Supply ইত্যাদি দৈনন্দিন production ও quality-control কাজে লাগে।
