এই প্রজেক্টের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ ছিল পুরোপুরি Allen-Bradley based Automation System-কে Siemens Automation Platform-এ Convert করা।
মেশিনটি আগে Full Allen-Bradley Control System-এর মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হতো। আমরা সেটিকে সফলভাবে Siemens S7-1200 PLC ভিত্তিক Automation System-এ রূপান্তর করেছি।

এর পাশাপাশি প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী SINAMICS V90 Servo, Allen-Bradley PowerFlex, TETRAN ও Shihlin VFD-সহ বিভিন্ন drive system integrate করা হয়েছে।
অর্থাৎ শুধু PLC পরিবর্তন নয়—PLC Programming → HMI → Servo → VFD → Sensors → Electrical Wiring → Machine Sequence → Interlocking → Testing → Commissioning
সবকিছু মিলিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ Machine Automation Retrofit & Integration করা হয়েছে।
