VACANCY — ARCHITECT
We are looking for a creative and motivated Architect to join our architectural team.
Position: Architect
Experience:
B.Arch from any reputed University
2-5 years of professional experience
Requirements
* Good understanding of architectural design and documentation.
* Practical knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and construction documents.
* Experience with site visits, coordination, and understanding of construction processes.
* Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as:
* AutoCAD
* SketchUp
* Lumion / Enscape
* Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
* Knowledge of AI tools for architectural design, visualization, ideation, and workflow enhancement will be an advantage.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
* Develop architectural concepts and design proposals.
* Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and details.
* Produce 3D models and architectural visualizations.
* Assist with project coordination and site supervision.
* Prepare presentation materials and design documents.
