সেমিকন্ডাক্টর টেস্টিং প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্সের যাত্রা শুরু

বাংলাদেশের উদীয়মান সেমিকন্ডাক্টর খাতের জন্য দক্ষ মানবসম্পদ তৈরির লক্ষ্যে BSIA-SICIP-এর উদ্যোগে “Semiconductor Testing” প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্সের ১ম ব্যাচের আনুষ্ঠানিক যাত্রা শুরু হয়েছে।

তিন মাসব্যাপী এই প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্সে বিভিন্ন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ২৫ জন তরুণ গ্র্যাজুয়েট অংশগ্রহণ করছেন। প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে তারা সেমিকন্ডাক্টর টেস্টিং বিষয়ে শিল্পখাতের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী ব্যবহারিক ও কর্মমুখী দক্ষতা অর্জনের সুযোগ পাবেন।

১৫ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে BSIA-এর সভাপতি জনাব এম. এ. জব্বার সভাপতিত্ব করেন। বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন SICIP-এর DEPD (Fund Management)-এর যুগ্মসচিব জনাব মাইনুল হাসান এবং AEPD (Program Management)-এর উপসচিব জনাব মোহাম্মদ আফজাল হোসাইন। স্বাগত বক্তব্য রাখেন BSIA-SICIP PIU-এর চিফ কো-অর্ডিনেটর জনাব রশিদুল হাসান। প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের পক্ষ থেকে শ্রাবণী পাল দীপি ও কামরুল আহসান কোর্সটি নিয়ে তাদের প্রত্যাশার কথা তুলে ধরেন।

অনুষ্ঠানের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ হিসেবে BSIA ও iTest Bangladesh Ltd.-এর মধ্যে Semiconductor Testing প্রশিক্ষণ পরিচালনার লক্ষ্যে একটি সমঝোতা স্মারক (MoU) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়। নিজ নিজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে MoU-তে স্বাক্ষর করেন BSIA-এর সভাপতি জনাব এম. এ. জব্বার এবং iTest Bangladesh Ltd.-এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব মুনির আহমেদ।
সেমিকন্ডাক্টর প্রযুক্তিতে দক্ষ জনবল তৈরির পাশাপাশি শিল্পখাতের সঙ্গে প্রশিক্ষণের কার্যকর সংযোগ স্থাপন এবং তরুণ গ্র্যাজুয়েটদের কর্মসংস্থানের উপযোগী করে গড়ে তুলতে এই উদ্যোগ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে।

দক্ষ মানবসম্পদ গড়ে তোলার মাধ্যমে সেমিকন্ডাক্টর শিল্পে বাংলাদেশের সম্ভাবনাকে এগিয়ে নেওয়ার পথে BSIA-SICIP-এর এই উদ্যোগ একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপ।

BSIA-SICIP Project Implementation Unit (PIU) had a productive meeting with MARS Solutions Limited on 1 September 2026 at the Meeting Room of the BSIA-SICIP PIU office.

The meeting was attended by Chief Coordinator Mr. Rashidul Hassan and members of the PIU, along with Mr. Hashim Ahmed, Secretary of BSIA, Mr. Jahir Uddin Mohammad from MARS Solutions Limited.

The discussion covered training initiatives, course offerings, training facilities, industry needs, and potential areas of collaboration to support semiconductor skills development and build a skilled workforce for the industry.

The BSIA-SICIP PIU is committed to fostering meaningful partnerships with industry stakeholders and looks forward to working closely with MARS Solutions Limited to create more opportunities for skills development, employment, and industry engagement.
