Some of the activities as per the action plans are like sample program, quality control, in-time-shipment, etc. Merchandising: Our strong merchandising department with network of manufacturing facilities can maximize and capitalize on strength of each unit to produces quality garments requested by our customer, coordinating raw materials, fabrics, accessories, printing, embroidery and sampling procedures, etc. We strive for best value, competitive pricing with high quality merchandise. Sample Program : We ensure samples follow based on customer specifications & designs. Provide and submit a variety of trims and embellishments. The goal is to get it right the first time as every sample represents a possible approval. We need the spec, sketch, design and all the other details including the yarn/fabrics composition or original sample given from the customer’s end. After getting the original sample or spec / sketch / all other details from customers, we immediately start the sample making and after finished the sampling we send them to the customers within a very short time. Quality Control: No way to compromise set / required / aspired quality level" -- This is what we believe in terms of quality. A group of well experienced, efficient, self-motivated and dynamic merchandisers and quality controllers are working very hard to ensure the highest level of quality of garments with the right corner of the direction. Since we believe in crystal clear views and straight-forwardness, we provide our clients a Critical Path Method (CPM Method) how goods will be shipped in the required / given to have clear direction of merchandising the goods. Our experienced Commercial department specialized in arrangement shipments with factories and forwarder’s, with expertise in documentation, custom and re-export requirements. 3J Fashion Wear operates own knitted apparel manufacturing units which is established on 2004 in the location Naraynganj, Bangladesh which is facilitated with knit fabrics manufacturing, cut-sewing, finishing, screen printing & embroidery. Other than our own units, we have contract manufacturing arrangements with additional 45 units for jersey knit, woven and sweaters lines. We are still expanding our manufacturing network based on our business expansion. We can supply more than 500000pcs knit items, more than 100000pcs sweaters and more than 200000pcs woven items per month. Basically our MOQ is 1000pcs for per style. But we always try to accept our customer’s exact required order quantity.
