👷 Project Manager Vs Construction Manager
1️⃣ Project Manager (PM) Tasks;
1.Overall Project Oversight: The Project Manager is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project, from planning and initiation through ex*****on, monitoring, and closing. They ensure that the project meets its objectives, is completed on time within budget.
2.Project Planning: The PM develops comprehensive project plans that outline scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management strategies.

2.Supervising Construction Activities: The CM supervises and directs the construction workforce, including subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators. They ensure that the construction work progresses according to schedule.
3.Site Logistics: The Construction Manager is responsible for organizing the logistics of the construction site, including the scheduling of material , equipment, and labor.
4. Safety Management: A key responsibility of the CM is ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed on the construction site.
