JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: Site Engineer

Job Location: Project Sites (Anywhere in Bangladesh)
Position: Site Engineer
TARS Engineering is looking for a dedicated and energetic Site Engineer to join our construction team. Candidates with 2–3 years of field experience in building construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects are encouraged to apply.
Educational Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Technology from any reputed Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
• 2–3 years of practical field experience in construction projects.
• Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination and project ex*****on will be preferred.
Required Skills:
• Basic working knowledge of:
o AutoCAD 2D
o MS Excel
o MS Word
o MS Project
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Conduct quantity measurements and maintain site records.
• Assist in quality control and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
• Support project planning, scheduling and project documentation activities.
