Orbitax is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own and improve the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, with clear accountability for retention, churn reduction, renewals, and customer growth.
Based in Dhaka, this role operates at the center of our global ecosystem, acting as the link between customers, partners, and internal teams (Product, Support, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance). You will work closely with customers implementing GMT (Global Minimum Tax) solutions, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and long-term value.

โข Coordinate the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through renewal and expansion.
โข Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring customer interests are represented across all teams.
โข Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Partners to deliver a seamless experience.
โข Partner with internal teams and external partners to support GMT project implementations, ensuring customers understand each phase of delivery.
โข Proactively monitor customer usage, health, and engagement to anticipate risks and opportunities.
โข Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs and maturity.

โข Customer Retention: Contribute to achieving 90% customer retention, across direct and partner-managed accounts.
โข Churn Reduction: Implement proactive engagement and early-warning signals to identify churn risks at least 90 days before renewal.
โข Renewals: Support a structured renewal process starting 120 days before contract end, ensuring value articulation and stakeholder alignment.
โข Cross-Sell: Support cross-sell to 10% of customers contributing to increase revenue.
โข Upsell: Identify and support upsell opportunities for 3% of customers
โข Customer Health & Adoption: Support the rollout and use of customer health scoring and usage tracking to drive adoption and predict churn.

โข Strong understanding of Global Minimum Tax (GMT / Pillar Two) concepts and customer use cases.
โข Ability to understand and explain GMT product scope, data requirements, and workflows to customers.

2. Configuration and validation
3. User training and adoption
4. Ongoing support and optimization
โข Ability to collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear customer guidance.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
โข Experience in Customer Success or sales, SaaS, Compliance
Strong stakeholder coordination skills across internal teams and external partners.
โข An MBA is highly preferred.
โข Excellent verbal and written English proficiency is mandatory.
โข Goal-oriented and proactive, comfortable owning measurable outcomes.
โข Strong customer advocacy mindset, always acting in the customerโs best interest.
โข Comfortable working with international teams, customers, and diverse cultures.
