IUB FormulaE had the distinct honor of welcoming the 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐬 (𝐁𝐎𝐓) of Independent University, Bangladesh for a special visit dedicated to Formula Student, the flagship EV project of the Department of EEE, IUB.

The members of the 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐬 (𝐁𝐎𝐓) were accompanied by our 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐝. 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐦, the Head of the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐛 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐲, and our respected supervisor, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐊𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐫𝐮 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐦.

Our team had the privilege of presenting our Formula Student Electric Race Car and sharing the engineering journey behind its design, development, and innovation. It was a valuable opportunity to demonstrate what passionate students can achieve through dedication, teamwork, and perseverance.

The interest and encouragement shown by the university's highest leadership serve as a powerful motivation for us to continue pushing boundaries and proudly representing IUB on both the national and international Formula Student stage.

We sincerely thank everyone who made this memorable visit possible and for their continued support of our vision.

Bangladesh AutoFest 2026 brought together the country’s automotive community for a two-day celebration of engineering, performance and innovation at ALOKI on the Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road in Dhaka.

Organised by Eeleven-E11 and The Slow Kids, the event featured modified performance cars, supercars, leading automotive dealers, interactive exhibits and motorsport attractions, attracting enthusiasts, industry professionals and collectors from across the country.

One of the major highlights of the event was the participation of Bangladesh’s leading Formula Student teams. Eeleven-E11 invited IUB FormulaE, Formula IUT, MIST Blitz, Team Crack Platoon and Team Kilo Flight to showcase their student-built race cars, demonstrating the country’s growing capabilities in automotive engineering, electric mobility and motorsport innovation.

IUB FormulaE was warmly invited to join at Bangladesh AutoFest 2026 held at Aloki this weekend, where we showcased our Formula Student Electric Vehicle alongside the other FS teams from Bangladesh MIST Blitz, Formula IUT, Team Kilo Flight, and Team Crack Platoon. It was an honour to share the stage with all the other teams, engage with automotive enthusiasts, and demonstrate what the next generation of Bangladeshi engineers is capable of achieving.

A huge thanks to The Slow Kids and Eeleven-E11 for organizing this outstanding event and bringing together the Formula Student community of Bangladesh. Events like these provide an invaluable platform to showcase the country's homegrown engineering talent and inspire future innovators.

We look forward to continuing to push the boundaries of engineering alongside our fellow teams. The FSAE Community of Bangladesh is more than just a community, it's a brotherhood. Together, we will strive for greater milestones and proudly represent Bangladesh on the global stage.
