Position: Service & Support Technician

Qualifications:
Diploma in Engineering (preferred)
Freshers are encouraged to apply! (Experience 0-3 years)
Experience with fire alarm systems, fire protection, BMS, CCTV, and access control systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients
Conduct maintenance and repairs on fire safety and security systems
Assist with installations and ensure efficient service operations
