SIMT Textile Club is a student-led platform led by the students of the Department of Textile Engineering at SIMT, Dhaka, aimed at enhancing technical skills, industry exposure, leadership, and bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world text The Department of Textile Engineering at Saic Institute of Management & Technology (SIMT), Dhaka offers a 4-Year Diploma in Textile Engineering

under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). As one of the country’s leading polytechnic institutes, SIMT is widely recognized for its modern facilities, qualified faculty, and industry-oriented education. With a strong balance of theoretical knowledge and practical training, the department equips students with the skills required to thrive in Bangladesh’s textile and apparel industry—the backbone of the national economy. The curriculum covers all major areas of textile engineering, including yarn manufacturing, fabric production, dyeing and finishing, textile chemistry, garment technology, and production management. To ensure hands-on learning, SIMT provides state-of-the-art laboratories, industrial visits, study tours, and workshops, enabling students to connect classroom knowledge with real-world applications. As one of the best polytechnic institutes in Bangladesh, the Textile Engineering Department at SIMT is committed to producing skilled, innovative, and future-ready professionals who will contribute to the growth and sustainability of the textile and RMG industry at home and abroad.

এই অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীরা শিল্পে ব্যবহৃত সর্বাধুনিক প্রযুক্তি, টেকসই সমাধান এবং বিশ্বমানের যন্ত্রপাতি সম্পর্কে সরাসরি ধারণা লাভের সুযোগ পাবে।

International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), ঢাকায় আয়োজিত এই প্রদর্শনীটি যন্ত্রপাতি সরবরাহকারী, উৎপাদনকারী, ক্রেতা এবং শিল্প বিশেষজ্ঞদের এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মিলনমেলায় পরিণত হয়েছে।

শিক্ষা থেকে শিল্প—আগামী দিনের প্রস্তুতিতে এক ধাপ এগিয়ে।
