With a strong balance of theoretical knowledge and practical training, the department equips students with the skills required to thrive in Bangladesh’s textile and apparel industry—the backbone of the national economy. The curriculum covers all major areas of textile engineering, including yarn manufacturing, fabric production, dyeing and finishing, textile chemistry, garment technology, and production management.
