Want your solar system to run smoother and last longer? The secret is all in the installation placement of your inverter! Avoid common rookie mistakes with these official pro-tips:
1️⃣ Choose the Right "Backdrop" 🧱 Your inverter needs a solid foundation. Only install it on concrete or other non-combustible surfaces. Safety first—keep it away from flammable building materials!
2️⃣ Give it "Breathing Room" 💨 Proper ventilation is the key to preventing overheating. Make sure to maintain:
At least 60cm of clearance above and below.
At least 50cm on both the left and right sides. Don’t tuck it into a tight corner—let it breathe to keep it from "shutting down" in the heat!
3️⃣ The "Golden" View & Temp 👀 Mount it at eye level so you can easily check the LCD display. For peak performance, keep the ambient temperature between -20°C and 45°C.
4️⃣ Watch Your Posture 📏 Vertical mounting is the way to go! If you must tilt it, make sure the angle does not exceed 15°.
🛠️ Quick Tech Tip: When drilling for the M8 expansion bolts, ensure a depth of 40mm–50mm into a solid wall.

Do you all know what these parts are?

As a manufacturer in the solar industry, we work with these parts every day.
But a lot of people don’t actually know what they’re called or what they do.
So here’s a quick breakdown using one of our accessory kits:
•MC4 connectors – for secure DC connections between panels and inverter
• Cable lugs – used for stable high-current wiring
• Screws & fasteners – to keep everything firmly in place
• Plastic anchors – for different wall or mounting conditions

Nothing complicated, but if one small part is missing, the whole installation can slow down or even stop.

If you’re installing it yourself and something gets lost, here’s what usually works:
1. Screws or anchors → easy to replace at a hardware store
2. Cable lugs → available in most electrical supply stores
3. MC4 connectors → not always available locally, so: If not urgent, order online and match the same type/model; If urgent, check solar/PV shops or electrical suppliers

If you’re unsure, the safest way is to ask your original supplier or get a matching set again.
In real projects, having a few spare parts ready can save a lot of time and trouble.
