Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

🎯Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LC documentation and import-related processes.
- Source and procure materials from foreign suppliers based on business requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Accounts, and other internal departments.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards.
🎖️Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- (1–2) years of hands-on experience in foreign procurement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google sheets and MS Office.
- Knowledge of import procedures, Incoterms, and LC documentation will be an added advantage.
