Responsibilities & Context
• Supervise daily workshop/service center activities.
• Ensure proper diagnosis, repair and maintenance of vehicles.
• Monitor job card, service timelines and technician productivity.
• Guide and supervise technicians, service advisors and support staff.
• Provide technical support and training when required.
• Handle customer complaints and technical concerns.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
• Coordinate with spare parts, sales and warrenty teams.
• Prepare service performance reports.
