The main structure of the vertical mill: separator, grinding roller device, grinding disc device, pressure device, reducer, motor, housing and other parts.
The vertical mill grinds the material (0-44mm) on the rotating grinding disc by rolling the grinding roller with pressure to achieve the corresponding fineness.
Advantages: high grinding efficiency, large drying capacity, easy adjustment of product fineness, low noise, low power consumption, simple process flow, low wear, low operating cost, etc.

🏗️ ভূমিকম্প প্রতিরোধে স্টিরাপ/টাইবার হুকের সঠিক নিয়ম 🛠️

বিল্ডিংকে ভূমিকম্পে নিরাপদ রাখতে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়গুলোর একটি হলো স্টিরাপ হুক সঠিকভাবে দেওয়া। ভুল হুক ভবনে শিয়ার ফেইলিওর ও ধসের ঝুঁকি বাড়ায়।

🔶 ১) ১৩৫° হুক বাধ্যতামূলক
৯০° হুক ভূমিকম্পে খুলে যেতে পারে। তাই সবসময় ১৩৫° অ্যাঙ্গেল ব্যবহার করুন।

🔶 ২) হুকের টেইল লম্বা = বার ডায়ামিটারের ১০ গুণ (10d)
৮mm রড হলে টেইল হবে 80 mm।

🔶 ৩) বিম–কলাম জয়েন্টে স্টিরাপ ঘন দিতে হবে
• জয়েন্টে: 75 mm
• পাশের 1/4 অংশ: 100–125 mm
• বাকি অংশ: 150–200 mm

🔶 ৪) Closed Stirrup ব্যবহার করুন
ওপেন হুক নয়—পূর্ণ ক্লোজড লুপ স্টিরাপ দিতে হবে।

🔶 ৫) হুক সবসময় ভেতরের দিকে রাখতে হবে
কভার ভেঙে গেলেও স্টিরাপ স্লিপ হবে না।

ভাল সিমেন্ট চেনার জন্য কয়েকটি উপায়:-

ব্যাগে থাকা তথ্যের সঙ্গে সিমেন্টের রঙ এবং টেক্সচার পরীক্ষা করা, হাতে নিয়ে এর অনুভূতি ও দলা পাকিয়ে পরীক্ষা করা, এবং সিমেন্টের প্যাকেটে থাকা মানদণ্ডের চিহ্ন (যেমন BIS মার্ক) দেখে নেওয়া।

প্যাকেট:
ভালো সিমেন্টের প্যাকেটে সাধারণত BIS মার্ক বা অন্য কোনো অনুমোদিত মানদণ্ড চিহ্ন থাকে।
রঙ:
ভালো সিমেন্টের রঙ হালকা ধূসর এবং এটি পুরো প্যাকেটে একই রকম হওয়া উচিত।
তথ্য:
প্যাকেটের গায়ে থাকা তথ্য, যেমন উৎপাদন তারিখ, গ্রেড (যেমন OPC, PCC), এবং উৎপাদকের নাম দেখে নিন।
সিমেন্টের অনুভূতি ও গঠন পরীক্ষা করুন
স্পর্শ:
ভালো সিমেন্ট স্পর্শে মসৃণ হবে, দানাযুক্ত বা অমসৃণ হবে না।
ঠান্ডা অনুভূতি:
প্যাকেটের উপর হাত রাখলে একটি ঠান্ডা অনুভূতি হবে, যদিও এটি সবসময় সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে, কারণ কিছু সিমেন্ট তৈরির পরপরই সরবরাহ করা হয়।
দলা পাকানো:
এক মুঠো সিমেন্ট হাতে নিয়ে তালুতে একটি স্তূপ তৈরি করলে তা অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে, অর্থাৎ ভেঙে যাবে না।
সঠিক গ্রেড:
আপনার প্রকল্পের জন্য সঠিক সিমেন্ট গ্রেড (যেমন OPC, PCC) নির্বাচন করা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

1. Shrinkage Cracks (plaster, concrete, mortar)
• Proper curing during and after construction.
• Apply crack filler putty or polymer modified mortar.
• For hairline cracks, use wall putty repainting.
2 . Thermal Cracks (due to expansion/contraction)
• Provide expansion joints in long walls/slabs.
• Use materials with low thermal movement.
• Fill cracks with elastomeric sealants (flexible materials that expand/contract).
3 . Crazing Cracks (fine hairline, network pattern)
• Usually surface-level, no structural danger.
• Improve curing methods to avoid rapid drying.
• Apply a thin coat of plaster or skim coat paint.
4. Map Cracking (surface cracks in plaster/concrete)
• Remove loose plaster and re-plaster with proper mix.
• Ensure correct water-cement ratio.
• Use sulfate-resistant cement in areas prone to chemical attack.
5. Settlement Cracks (minor, not structural)
• Fill with epoxy putty, crack filler, or cement mortar.
• If soil settlement is minor, monitor for further movement before repair.
6 . Moisture/Leakage-Induced Cracks
• Seal cracks with waterproofing compounds.
• Apply polymer-modified mortar or PU injection for waterproofing.
• Ensure proper drainage and damp-proofing to prevent recurrence.
7. General Hairline Cracks (paint-level cracks)
• Fill with acrylic crack filler or wall putty.
• Sand smooth, then repaint with flexible paint.

CONCRETE SLUMP CONE TEST – STEP BY STEP

Purpose: Measure the workability or consistency of fresh concrete.

Equipment: Slump cone, base plate, tamping rod, measuring scale, scoop,tray, water.

Test Procedure:

1. Clean & wet the cone and base plate; place on a smooth, level surface.

2. Fill the cone in 3 equal layers, each about one-third height.

3. Tamp each layer 25 times with the tamping rod; distribute strokes evenly.

4. Level off the top surface with the rod.

5. Lift cone vertically in 5–10 seconds without twisting.

6. Measure the vertical slump difference using scale (to nearest 5 mm).

7. Classify slump: True, Shear, or Collapse slump.

8. Record results: time, temperature, mix ID, slump value, and type.

Precautions: Maintain uniform tamping; complete test within 2–3 minutes of
mixing.

Quick Tips: Repeat 3 tests for accuracy; if slump >100 mm or collapse,adjust mix.
