This role is ideal for a professional, educator, or practitioner with a strong balance of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in semiconductor physics, power converter design, thermal management, PCB layout, and embedded MCU integration who enjoys mentoring talent and guiding industrial-grade development.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

✅ Semiconductor device physics and switching characteristics (MOSFETs, IGBTs, Diodes, Thyristors, Power Modules)
✅ Gate-driver design, bootstrap circuits, Miller clamping, dead-time control, and circuit protection (UVLO, OCP, thermal shutdown)
✅ DC-DC converter and inverter topology design (Buck, Boost, Flyback, Single/3-Phase Inverters, UPS systems)
✅ Magnetics design (inductors, high-frequency transformers) and thermal management (heatsinks, TIM, thermal calculations)
✅ Embedded MCU programming (STM32, ESP32, Arduino) for power stages, PWM/SPWM generation, and ADC feedback loops
✅ Power PCB layout, creepage/clearance constraints, grounding, and EMI/EMC mitigation (KiCad, EasyEDA)
✅ Circuit simulation and dynamic modeling using LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, and Wokwi
✅ Hands-on testbench bring-up and diagnostics with oscilloscopes, high-voltage/current probes, power analyzers, and electronic loads
✅ Experience with Motor Drives (BLDC, Induction), BMS, or Solar MPPT systems will be an advantage

𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is the process of checking whether a chip design behaves correctly before manufacturing.

Engineers use simulations, testbenches, assertions, coverage, and methodologies like UVM to verify the design.

A chip must be verified carefully because even a small bug can become very costly after fabrication. That is why Design Verification is one of the most important areas in the semiconductor industry.
