Si spin qubit and superconducting qubit-based platforms are viable candidates for quantum technology upscaling driving research efforts.

Silicon spin qubits show great promise for large-scale quantum computing due to their nanometer size and CMOS compatibility. Progress includes:
✅ Developing a modular integration approach on a 300mm CMOS platform
✅ Separately optimizing different qubit elements as part of a state-of-the-art 300mm integration flow
✅ Leveraging industrial manufacturing techniques for wafer-scale uniformity
