is one of the leading providers of industrial diving, rigging and mechanical maintenance services in Bahrain. The company has grown to become the preferred choice for specialised work such as marine maintenance, hot tapping and oil spill. BMDS was established in the year 1976 by three partners, and was originally involved in providing professional diving services to large corporations such as Bahr

ain Petroleum Company. The company has since diversified into providing a variety of related services such as sludge handling, underwater marine maintenance, rigging, and underwater pipe-lining and steel fabrication. BMDS is one of the few companies which has adopted Integrated Management System (IMS). To attain IMS, the Company has been certified with the following Management Systems:

Quality Management System : ISO 9001:2008
Occupational Health & Safety Management System: OHSAS 18001:2007
Environmental Management System: ISO 14001 : 2004
Furthermore, the Company complies with the Health and Safety directives as well as Client special safety requirements. The Company places special emphasis on training its employees to do work in a safe manner. No work is done without proper Method Statement and Risk Assessment. The Company prepares annual training programme covering all aspects of the operation including HSE.

1. Fabricator(Piping & Structure)
Candidate must have at least High School Diploma
MInimum 3-5 year experience as fully Qualified Pipe Fabricator in Oil & Gas Industries
Preferably with GCC experience
Applicants must be 25 to 45 years old

2. Welder - TIG/ARC (SS/CS)
Candidate must have at least High School Diploma
Minimum 2-4 year experience as fully Qualified Pipe Welder in Oil & Gas Industries
Preferably with GCC experience

3. Metal Trade
Candidate must have at least High School Diploma

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba)’s Chairman of Board of Directors, Shaikh Daij Bin Salman Bin Daij Al Khalifa is pleased to announce that Alba has signed the gas agreement for the Line 6 Expansion Project with Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco). This agreement is a key milestone in the history of Alba and the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Alba’s Line 6 Expansion Project will make it the largest single site smelter in the world upon its completion. This Project will be a major boost to Bahrain’s economy and lead to the development of the Kingdom’s local downstream industries and, provide employment opportunities for Bahrainis, directly and indirectly.
