🛠 Senior Technical Office Engineer – MEP
📍 Location: 6th of October City

Key Responsibilities: • Handle MEP technical office activities including HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems with strong hands-on experience.
• Prepare and review tenders, BOQs, cost estimation, and pricing for MEP projects.
• Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate technical and financial submissions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and optimize project costs.
• Support project teams during pre- and post-tender stages and provide guidance to resolve project challenges.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing).
• Proven experience in tendering, cost estimation, and pricing.
• Good command of AutoCAD and MS Excel (pricing & BOQs).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works.
Proven experience in hotel projects is mandatory.
