st 1996. Phala Engineering’s (PE) main business is the provision of industrial solutions in the areas of mining and power generation. We aim to provide engineering solutions locally and in the region with high-quality engineering products and add value to their value chain. The products are sourced from regional and international original eq
uipment manufacturers (OEM). The company has a combined experience of its key staff of more than 25 years in engineering. Phala Engineering has its own premises comprising offices and a 450m2
factory shell just off the A1 highway near the Department of Transport offices in Palapye. It is our conviction, that with its highly experienced management and employees, Phala Engineering is capable of adding value to the industrial landscape in the country and the region. Not least because the company has 8 eight qualified engineers in its employ. Its senior management’s combined industry experience of more than 50 years is quite formidable and will be an asset to the mining and processing industries. The company’s strategic position in the heart of the country, at Palapye and on the A1 highway, lends itself to efficient service to the national mining and industrial landscape and in the part of the country where the mines are clustered.
