"Monday I had the pleasure of recruiting pipe welding students at American Welding Academy. Their training program prepares students for essential skills in industrial welding resulting in top-pay in the profession. If you or someone you know is thinking about a welding program, consider this St. Louis area school — the next class is starting soon.

Www.awaweld.com " -John Kelly, Systems Training Manager | Recruiting & Training

We would like to give a huge shoutout the the Systems Group, namely John Kelley.

We have had numerous unions and contractors out to speak with students. Johns background in education was evident. His explanations were concise and he was able to break down the advantages and disadvantages of choosing union vs non-union. There are an abundance of opportunities on both sides of the coin. But its refreshing to hear someone speak from a place of inspiration rather than recruiting. Thanks for your time and inspiration today John.
