A snowy start turned into a beautiful day! Grateful to host a snowshoe/bbq for The Veteran Farmer. A nice snowshoe with good conversation followed by some bbq, bonfire and some beautiful vintage snowmobiles.

Whats in your sauce?
One of our favourite quick meals here on the farm, veggie lasagna for her and extra meaty for him. Bruce isn’t a fan of many vegetables, especially not tomatoes so the sauce consist of very little actual tomato mostly enough to change the colour and give it a slight tomato flavor. You don’t taste the broccoli or the cauliflower in the sauce, but it has lots of fiber. This gave us 20 total servings each. We freeze it as individuals then take them out whenever we want and put them in the oven.
