Clients problem: “ we had a really bad wind storm that took out our rotting fences”

Our solution was to cut the fence down, pull out all the old posts and remove the old concrete footers. Once the old fence is completely removed we either dig new holes or use the old ones, create the concrete footers and mount the new posts onto them, followed by framing and installing the new boards

When we first meet we hand sketch what you’re looking for, we than take measurements and go back to the office to create a floor plan. Once the floor plan is created we turn it into a 3D model where we will walk you though your new space and make any adjustments to style,colour, even scrap and start over right there with you to ensure you’re completely satisfied before any work even starts.

Clients challenge: “I need a shower in the basement so I can shower when I come off night shifts and not disturb my kids sleeping, but our basement has no space for a shower.”

We came out to assess the basement to evaluate weather we could fit a bathroom in. We found a 3x10’ space under the stairs which we turned into a small bathroom with a shower. The bathroom features porcelain floor tile designed to look like wood, a rain head with handheld shower,small vanity and a toilet

-Fully waterproof floor and walls✅
-PVC baseboards and door trim✅
-Installed an exhaust fan and vented it out through the side of the house✅
-Mould resistant drywall & plaster ✅
-LED pot lights✅

This bathroom was designed to prevent the build up of moisture as well as prevent the growth of mold & mildew as much as possible

We’ve been asked “how do you know if you’re digging to the same depth when digging a large area?” Well that’s an easy answer we have a laser that sits up on a tripod and a sensor attached to a measuring stick which beeps and shows up how far we need to go up or down to create a level surface

After a bad windstorm a clients fence was destroyed, he called us in to repair the fence.

Our client wanted a concrete pad for his two storage sheds, after the pad was done we assembled and moved the sheds into place than levelled the ground around the pad to ensure there was zero steps making it easier to get things in and out
