I’ve been fortunate enough to get a chance to travel and spend some time in the beautiful country of Vietnam. On my travels here I’ve recently learnt that it’s one of the biggest exporters of cement!

With high amounts of limestone, clay and gypsum in their northwestern region, they heavily mine and export for most of the South East Asia.

They seem to use it so commonly that concrete trucks are constantly running the roads, as well as mortar mixers on every job site. It’s always amazing to see how concrete works even on the other side of the world
