Here’s a look at Belvedere, a large-scale multi-family project completed for Cedarglen Living.

Our scope included the complete exterior siding installation using James Hardie siding and panels, Light Trims, and Versetta Stone. The mix of colours, textures, and materials gives the buildings a clean, modern finish and brings the entire development together.
Projects of this size require careful planning, coordination, and a strong team on site. It’s great to see the finished result.

Proud to share progress from the AHC Project with Hopewell — a large-scale multi-family development currently under construction in Calgary.
This project includes 20 residential buildings, ranging from 5 to 16 units per building, and our team at Dream House Exteriors is responsible for the complete exterior cladding scope.
Our work on this development includes:
• Exterior insulation
• Wood strapping system
• James Hardie trims, siding, and panels
• Aluminum soffit & fascia
• Gutters and finishing details
The first 4 buildings are now completed, and seeing the streetscape begin to come together is incredibly rewarding for our entire crew. The alternating colour palettes, clean gable lines, and durable Hardie exterior systems are giving this community a modern, timeless character that will last for years to come.
Projects like this are a reminder that great exterior work is never just about materials — it’s about coordination, consistency, craftsmanship, and the people behind it every single day on site.
A huge thank you to our field teams, site supervisors, suppliers, and partners for the continued hard work and attention to detail as we move through the next phases of construction.

🚧 Excited to kick off something new.
We’re very happy to be introducing a new service to our lineup — Versetta Stone® installation — starting with a multifamily project. It’s always rewarding to expand what we offer and bring new architectural solutions to larger-scale builds.

Just before the holidays, we wrapped up a public project in a municipal park, and it was a great way to end the year.
The scope included siding installation on two buildings using Nichiha Japanese Fiber Cement Cladding, paired with aluminum soffits and trims. We were genuinely excited to work with new products and see them come together so cleanly in a community space.
We work with a wide range of suppliers and love sourcing new architectural materials to help bring projects to life—whether public, commercial, or residential.
Grateful for the trust and collaboration on this one.
