🌱 Nurturing growth: Tim's impact extends far beyond project management. He has been a mentor to numerous Sancon employees. His leadership and guidance have been instrumental in shaping the careers of many, including Heinz Inabnit, whom Tim mentored as his journeyman.

20K hours of skilled instrumentation work on the books! 🧰

This past December, Paul Brideau surpassed 20,000 hours = 10 years of service with as an Instrumentation CSU specialist.

Paul is known in our circles as being a dynamic team player who is willing to mentor the next generation of instrumentation technicians to be leaders in the field.

Paul's last project was Grand Rapids Phase 1 project at a Cold Lake facility. Thanks to his diligence and superior communication skills, our team was able to complete this project on time and on budget for our partner.

We thank Paul for being a self-starter on delivering for our clients!
