This service has taken me to the Canadian Arctic, as well as the tropics on the other side of the world. I have worked on private and commercial, piston, turboprop, and jet aircraft, as well as the occasional helicopter. In my years of experience and learning, I have come to develop a personal style and understanding for customer needs. I believe those needs can best be served by a customer having
a personal relationship with his or her maintenance provider, that will be 'hands on the job', making sure their wishes are carried out exactly as expected.
