This International Women’s Day, we recognize the women who challenge convention, expand what is possible, and lead progress across our industry.

When women succeed in non-traditional roles, they do more than build careers; they break barriers, inspire confidence, and create pathways for others to follow. Progress accelerates when opportunity is defined by potential, not precedent.

At PTW, we are proud to stand alongside organizations like Women Building Futures, which empowers women and gender-diverse individuals to build sustainable careers in the skilled trades. Through partnership and advocacy, we are adding to a stronger, increasingly inclusive workforce.

International Women’s Day is an occasion to reflect on the progress achieved, acknowledge the obstacles that persist, and commit to measurable action. Strength in diversity is not an aspiration; it is a business imperative. By honouring contributions, strengthening voices, and investing in equitable opportunities, we strengthen our culture and our industry.

When we create opportunities without limits, we foster progress without boundaries.

Family Day is a time to pause, reconnect, and cherish those who mean the most to us.

In our busy lives, it’s easy to get swept up by deadlines and future ambitions. Yet, beneath the long hours and big dreams lies a simple truth: we are driven by the people who give our lives meaning.

At PTW, we understand that our work matters because of the families and communities who support us. Today serves as a reminder that real success is not only about accomplishments as well as about the relationships that uplift and sustain us.

Family, whether bound by blood or by choice, is built on trust, support, and shared moments. Take this opportunity to slow down, be present, and invest in the connections that matter most.

Wishing you a happy and meaningful Family Day from everyone at PTW.

Proud to support Team Ingram/Tenetuik Curling and the communities we operate in. Congratulations on the A Event win at the Meota Curling Club. Local events like this reflect the strong community connections where we live and work!

Back in action in 2026 getting some practice at the local Meota Curling Club sturling Bonspiel. We went 5-0 to capture the A Event and the cash prize! Thanks to the Meota Curling Club for putting on the event. Nothing beats a small town bonspiel with home made food and a good ol fashioned rink burger!

Thanks to our sponsors for their continued support!

PTW’s senior leadership team recently volunteered with the Calgary Salvation Army Centre for Hope to help prepare and serve lunch for individuals experiencing food insecurity. This is one of the many ways we give back each year and support the frontline organizations that make a meaningful impact in our community. We are grateful for the Centre for Hope’s year-round impact in providing care, dignity, and essential resources to those in need, and we are honored to contribute in a tangible way that supports their mission and strengthens our community.

At the Yorkton site the season came,
With crews aligned toward every aim,
And lights were placed with measured care,
While winter settled in the air.

Then Santa arrived, the inflatable kind,
A legacy fixture the team kept in mind,
Fifteen years of structured cheer,
Now advancing into his sixteenth year.

He stands as a marker of team cohesion,
A seasonal asset in peak work season,
A symbol of culture the crews sustain,
Supporting outcomes they work to attain.

So the story continues in steady flow,
As operations advance through frost and snow,
And Santa remains in his post each night,
A reminder that progress and spirit align on site.

This year, our travelling Santa is in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, spreading holiday cheer on site for his 16th consecutive year, continuing a tradition that brings the team together and celebrates the season.
