(HQC), partnered with China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corp.(HQC), is an intelligence-intensive, technology-intensive and technology-oriented company focused on the areas of expertise including Gas processing facilities, Oil facilities, Pipelines, Control & Instrumentation and Offshore Oil & Gas facilities. SPEC Engineering was founded in 2004 and is a Calgary based EPCM company focused on

the design of Oil and Gas Production/Processing facilities including Heavy oil "Cold" production processing, Cyclic Steam Injection and SAGD. HQ SPEC Engineering was formed after a share purchase agreement was completed with HQC in the fall of 2012.
