Niko Reno LTD Home/kitchen/bathroom reno

Three bathrooms, three very different starting points. 🛁

1️⃣ A dated fibreglass tub swapped for a bright surround with a built-in niche
2️⃣ A full refresh: new vanity, lighting, mirror and a glass shower
3️⃣ A walk-in shower, from cement board to finished tile

Which one would you pick for your home: 1, 2 or 3?

Planning a bathroom renovation? Pick your vanity early.

The drain and water lines are set in the wall to suit the exact vanity going in. A double vanity like this one needs two sets, spaced to match the sinks. A floating vanity or a single sink needs them somewhere else.

Change your mind once the wall is closed and tiled, and it means opening it back up.

It's a small decision that keeps a bathroom project on schedule.

Planning a kitchen renovation? Pick your appliances first.

Cabinets are built around the exact size of your fridge, range and microwave. Change your mind after the cabinet order goes in and you’re looking at gaps, filler panels or a re-order.

It’s one of the easiest ways to keep a kitchen project on budget and on schedule.

Full kitchen renovation, built for a family that actually cooks and hosts.

Navy island with quartz counters anchors the whole room. Marble hexagon tile runs floor to ceiling behind the range, a professional gas stove with a custom hood, and a w**e fridge tucked in for entertaining.

Glass-front cabinets, a full pantry wall, every inch planned out. Nothing generic, nothing left half finished.

Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, plumbing, lighting. One team, start to finish.

Full bathroom renovation with a curbless, walk-in shower.

No step, no threshold. Just clean tile from floor to floor.

A grab bar and rainfall head with a handheld attachment make it work for everyone in the house, not just some.

Hex tile on the shower floor, a niche built in for everyday essentials, oval mirror and warm lighting to finish it off.

Vanities, tile, plumbing, lighting. One team, start to finish.
