Job Title: Engineer Technologist/Draftsman
Are you a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual with a passion for engineering and metal fabrication? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Engineer Tech/Draftsman. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our metal fabrication projects, working closely with engineers, machinists, and welders to bring designs to life.
Responsibilities:
Modeling in Onshape: Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Onshape or similar CAD software to accurately represent engineering designs and specifications.
Collaboration with Machinists and Welders: Work closely with our machinists and welders to provide technical guidance and support during the fabrication process. Ensure that designs are translated into precise, high-quality finished products.
Metal Fabrication: Assist in the selection of materials and fabrication methods for metal components and structures. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for fabrication challenges as they arise.
Job Management: Manage engineering projects from conception to completion. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within scope.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including design drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar programs.
Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including machining and welding techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.

We are looking for a full time Structural Steel Fabricator to join our team.

Duties will include performing skilled tasks in the fabrication of steel for a variety of projects such as grain boxes, side dump trailers, Hydra decks, and various oilfield equipment using metal working machines such as cutting torches, break and shear machines as well as plasma tables

Successful candidates must posses a positive attitude, keen attention to detail, mechanically and technologically inclined, with an understanding of CAD/CAM technology.

We are looking for a full time experienced CNC Machine operator. Duties will include but not limited to :
-Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
-Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
-Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
