We finally got to commission a new custom Warmboard infloor heating system, in a beautiful custom home built by Fitchett Construction.
Using an Air to Water Heat Pump and a Lochinvar Propane Boiler for back up.
Warmboard supplies all the necessary equipment to make the install complete.
It was up to us to install it correctly. We had to go off the map for some custom routering layout, due to changes to the floor plan, but we made it work. (And it was a lot of work!)
Learned a lot and, we are very happy with how it’s operating from the start up.
In the mechanical room is a Zhender HRV, which we installed a fully distributed supply and exhaust ductwork with custom grilles throughout the entire house. This will keep the house ventilated and feeling fresh.
Cooling (if actually needed) is done with three individual Daikin slim duct fan coils with ductwork for each corresponding zone.
A Rinnai Duo gas water heater takes care of all their domestic hot water requirements.
