Are phones still relevant in 2025?

With video calls, email, and endless messaging platforms, it’s a fair question. My answer is yes — but not for the reason you might think.

It’s not really about the phone anymore. It’s about the number.

A phone number is like a domain name — it’s part of your business identity. It’s how customers know they’re reaching you, not just an individual employee. It’s a digital marker of trust and consistency.
